As our Head of Insight, Intelligence and Performance, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a best-in-class, data-driven Performance and Insight Framework. This will provide assurance to the Board, senior leadership, and managers that we are compliant; while delivering meaningful insights from data to continually improve customer experience and substantially enhance the way our business operates through advanced data capabilities.

Critical knowledge, skills and experience required:

  • High level of analytical skills: problem-solving, critical thinking, creative thinking
  • Track record of delivering a performance dashboard and insight framework to provide managers and directors with data-driven insights to inform future decision making
  • Educated to Degree level or relevant equivalent experience and evidence of and commitment to continual professional and management development
  • The ability to identify business questions, analyse data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations that leverage meaningful insights to drive operational improvements
  • Solid track record of driving improvements in and across teams to achieve targets and outcomes, fostering a performance culture through enhanced data capabilities
  • Experience with understanding complex business problems, and ability to match them to the right statistical techniques, ensuring data-driven solutions that transform business operations.
