We have an exciting position available for an Investment Programme Manager to join us! You will lead the improvements to properties across all our stock, be responsible for delivery of the organisations investment programmes of work and ensure that contracts are well procured and projects and contractors are effectively managed (in line with CDM, statutory and regulatory requirements). As a senior leader of the Homes Team, you will provide excellent customer service, high quality property work, efficiently delivered with continuous improvements at the heart.

What we're looking for:

  • Educated to degree level in a construction or buildings related discipline or equivalent through training/experience
  • IOSH Managing Safely Certificate (or equivalent), or will work towards
  • Strong IT literacy, particularly experienced in using Microsoft Office packages
  • A good understanding of complex contractual issues as they relate to repairs and maintenance operations
  • An excellent working knowledge of contract management, complex project delivery and wider programme management
  • A proven manager with both strategic and operational experience including people, contractors and projects
  • Ability to set, manage and maintain complex budgets

Please note due to the nature of the role, a full UK driving licence is required.
