We have an exciting position available for Solutions Specialist to join us! You will design, build and test IT solutions to meet business needs that are aligned to the agreed IT strategy and reference architecture. You will work in conjunction with other IT colleagues and business teams within One Manchester to successfully transition into business and IT operations.
What we're looking for:
- Relevant IT qualifications such as CITP (Chartered IT Professional) ITIL 4 Foundation or higher, with experience working within an ITSM-structured environment.
- Experience of working in similar roles within other organisations with complex IT services, several hundred users and multiple business critical applications.
- In-depth knowledge of housing management and related applications especially Aareon QL, Aareon 1stTouch and DRS.
- Experience of administrating, supporting and developing the use of housing management and related systems.
- An understanding and experience of working with systems, processes and data and their presentation to meet requirements of all areas of the business and stakeholders.
- Good awareness of Information Security threats and mitigations.
