About the role

You’ll support the Asset Management Team to lead the delivery of our property investment programmes across the housing portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

  • You'll be responsible for procurement, contract management and programme delivery, ensuring compliance with CDM regulations and all statutory, regulatory and health and safety requirements.
  • As a senior leader within the Asset Management Team, you'll drive a culture of customer focus, operational excellence and continuous improvement, ensuring investment activities deliver lasting value for our residents and communities.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven management experience within the housing sector, with a track record of leading teams, contractors and complex projects at both strategic and operational levels.
  • Experience of managing large and complex budgets, ensuring effective financial control and value for money.
  • Strong knowledge of contract management, programme delivery and the successful delivery of complex property investment projects.
  • Degree qualified in a construction, building surveying or related discipline, or able to demonstrate equivalent experience.
  • IOSH Managing Safely qualification (or equivalent), or willingness to obtain within an agreed timeframe.
  • Strong IT skills, including experience of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good understanding of complex contractual issues relating to repairs, maintenance and property investment activities.

Please note: Due to the nature of this role, a full UK driving licence is required.
