We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Model Agent to join the ONE UK office. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career within the modelling and fashion industry while gaining hands-on experience in bookings, client management, model development, and day-to-day agency operations. Working closely with senior agents, you will coordinate bookings, manage schedules, support the development of new and existing models, and maintain strong relationships with clients and creatives. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail, a strong creative eye, and a good understanding of social media.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating daily bookings and scheduling
- Supporting the development and progression of new models within the agency
- Coordinating castings, fittings, shoots, and appointments
- Managing calendars, availability, and agency systems
- Liaising with clients, models, photographers, stylists, and production teams
- Assisting with portfolios, digitals, and development materials for models
- Monitoring fashion, social media, and industry trends
- Providing administrative and operational support to the booking team
