The Role
Responsible for delivering on day-to-day objectives and acting as a functional resource for external and/or internal stakeholders. Supports and contributes to the positive business results for Vessel Operations and oversees EUA Vessel Operations cost control and administrative functions.
Primary Job Responsibilities And Measurement
- Assist to maintain, monitor and update tariffs in PSO (Port Service Order) in OPUS.
- Resolve invoice/tariff queries related to PSO, communicating daily with vessels, local OPS, terminals and other marine vendors.
- Review costs regularly to ensure correct allocation to the appropriate parties.
- Produce regular reports related to PSO and SDR/CDR.
- Produce operational Looker reports.
- Maintain Vessel Operations files, ensuring accuracy and timely updates, including managing files and archiving.
- Manage emails to ensure accuracy and organisation, drafting communications when necessary.
- Maintain records of meetings with competitors for compliance purposes.
- Support various marine programmes including marine safety, regulatory compliance, environmental programmes, damage prevention and emergency response.
Location: London RHQ.
