The firm is independently recognised in all the major legal directories in several practice areas, which include corporate & commercial, real estate, litigation, employment, and immigration law.
Our client is now looking for a senior lawyer to join their team – spearheading the growth and continued success of a very well-established practice. Their corporate lawyers have particular expertise in restructuring, M&A, joint ventures & collaborations, corporate governance & regulatory compliance, and corporate finance.
Many clients are long standing and include start-ups, SMEs, and large corporations, in numerous sectors such as IT, education, and aviation.
As the suitable candidate for this opportunity, you will either be a senior associate looking for partnership or a well-established partner looking for the next challenge in your career. Whilst there is an existing client base and work, a following of clients is required. The ability to demonstrate a good business development record with a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships is a must.
