COMMERCIAL PROPERTY β CENTRAL LONDON β LEGAL 500 AND CHAMBERS RANKED Our client, a well-established, Legal 500 and Chambers ranked law firm based in Central London, is looking to expand their team with the appointment of a Real Estate Associate . The Firm The firm has a reputation for excellence and is highly ranked in both the Legal 500 and Chambers Partners. Each department comprises some of the UKβs leading lawyers and is known for innovative and ground-breaking legal work. The Team The Commercial Property Team has an outstanding reputation and advises clients across various sectors. Their prestigious client base includes investors such as professional property companies, sovereign wealth funds, private equity investors, banks, and high-net-worth individuals. The team has also advised on some of the major landmark London developments of recent years and has assisted developers nationally. The Candidate The ideal candidate should have between 2 and 3 years PQE and currently work within a reputable property team similar in profile to our client. Extensive experience in commercial property is essential. You should be a proactive individual with a βcan-doβ attitude, accustomed to working well under pressure, either autonomously or as part of a friendly team. While long hours may occasionally be required, the team promotes a positive work-life balance and flexible working arrangements when needed.
