The Candidate As the successful candidate for this opportunity, you should be a senior associate and experienced across a wide spectrum of commercial litigation to include the areas listed above. For the right candidate there will also be a potential fast track to partnership. You should be commercially minded and have the technical and communication skills required to provide the highest level of client service.
