CORPORATE PARTNER – US FIRM – CENTRAL LONDON
Our Client, a US firm with significant global presence is looking to add to its ranks with the appointment of a Corporate Partner.
THE FIRM
With several offices spread throughout the US, UK and Asia, our client has experienced significant growth over the past few years, continuing throughout 2023 and 2024. They offer a full legal service, including large corporate transactions; commercial real estate; intellectual property; commercial disputes; and insolvency & restructuring.
THE TEAM
The Corporate Team provides comprehensive representation in all areas of business law. The practice areas include M&A, capital markets, securities & corporate finance and private equity & VC.
Clients are wide ranging and include public and privately held companies, and overseas investors.
THE INDIVIDUAL
We are now looking for a corporate Partner to join the team. Ideally you should come from a firm with a similar profile to our client and experience in corporate and business law, as outlined above is a prerequisite. You should also be a self-starter with a successful business development record and book of clients willing to instruct you in your new role.
