Our client is a prominent US law firm with an established and growing London presence. As part of a strategic initiative to expand their London partnership, the firm is seeking a senior Corporate Solicitor to join at Partner level.

The Role

This is a key leadership appointment within a high-performing and collaborative department. The firm’s London office is well regarded for its commitment to complex, cross-border transactional work and its sophisticated client base. You will play a central role in the growth of the corporate practice, advising a range of international and domestic clients on a broad range of high-value matters, including:

• Cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
• Private equity and venture capital investments.
• Complex joint ventures and corporate restructurings.
• General corporate advisory and governance matters.

The successful candidate will be expected to foster key client relationships, and contribute to the firm's ongoing success and reputation in the London market.
