Commercial Contracts – Mid to Senior Associate – Central London

Our client, a very well established, well regarded, full-service law firm, is looking to add to its numbers with the appointment of mid to senior-level commercial contracts lawyer.

The Client

Based in Central London and established over 100 years ago, the firm works with clients across a wide array of practice areas and specialisms and across multiple industry sectors, representing industry-recognised companies and institutions and leading brands as well as entrepreneurs, SMEs and family-owned businesses.

The Team

The Commercial and Tech team supports clients across multiple industries to deliver commercial, IP, regulatory and structuring, data and data protection expertise.

They advise on general commercial contracts as well as technology contracts (licensing and development agreements), distribution arrangements, franchising and outsourcing.

The Candidate

We are looking to speak with ambitious and experienced mid to senior-level solicitors to join the busy commercial and technology team. The role encompasses a broad range of work including commercial contracts, public procurement advice, IT supply and support agreements, intellectual property, data protection and corporate support.

You will have a strong academic background, ideally gaining a 2:1 at degree level; experience of running your own files, under supervision. You will also be commercially aware, proactive and able to convey clear and concise information to clients and external organisations. A high attention to detail to produce work/documentation which is consistently of a high standard is also essential.
