Our client, a very well established, well regarded, full-service law firm, is looking to add to its numbers with the appointment of a senior corporate lawyer.
The Client
Based in Central London, our client is a premium law firm providing high quality legal advice to medium sized businesses, wealthy individuals & families and ambitious entrepreneurs, based in the UK and internationally.
The Team
The Corporate Team comprise of several partners, senior associates, associates and paralegals dealing with a broad range of matters, including mergers and de-mergers, re-organisations, equity investments, joint ventures and shareholder agreements, disposals and acquisitions of companies and businesses. The Team has grown very successfully over recent times and is the primary focus of the firm moving forward.
The Candidate
We are looking to speak with already established partners and ambitious senior associates. As an individual you will be a self-starter, ideally with an already established, or the start of a client base/following, depending on seniority. BD will form an important part of this position as our client is looking to invest in someone for the long term.
