Corporate Partner - London – US Firm
Our client is a prominent US law firm with an established and growing London presence. As part of a strategic initiative to expand their London partnership, the firm is seeking a senior Corporate Solicitor to join at Partner level.
The Role
This is a key leadership appointment within a high-performing and collaborative department. The firm’s London office is well regarded for its commitment to complex, cross-border transactional work and its sophisticated client base. You will play a central role in the growth of the corporate practice, advising a range of international and domestic clients on a broad range of high-value matters, including:
- Cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
- Private equity and venture capital investments.
- Complex joint ventures and corporate restructurings.
- General corporate advisory and governance matters.
The successful candidate will be expected to foster key client relationships, and contribute to the firm's ongoing success and reputation in the London market.
Candidate Profile
We are seeking a highly accomplished, partner-level practitioner who can demonstrate:
- Extensive, high-level experience in corporate law, with a strong background in cross-border transactions.
- A proven track record of successful business development and a demonstrable book of business.
- The ability to navigate complex legal frameworks and deliver commercially focused, sophisticated advice.
