We’re looking for a User Experience (UX) Designer who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution. This role offers the opportunity to shape user experiences that are simple, effective, and delightfully innovative. You’ll work closely with Product Management to translate customer insights into intuitive design solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI using Figma.
  • Translate product requirements and research insights into practical design solutions.
  • Design for both modern SaaS experiences and established on-premises products with technical and architectural constraints.
  • Iterate designs based on feedback, usability testing, and implementation realities.
  • Ensure designs meet usability, accessibility, and consistency standards.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product Managers to understand user needs, business goals, and priorities.
  • Partner with Engineering to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately across platforms.
  • Participate in design critiques, reviews, and cross-functional workshops.
  • Support usability testing and research activities.

Design Quality & Growth

  • Contribute to shared design systems, components, and patterns in Figma.
  • Develop understanding of enterprise users, security constraints, and legacy considerations.
  • Continuously improve design skills through feedback and iteration.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in UX or product design.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX fundamentals and design thinking.
  • Proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration.
  • Experience designing for web-based or SaaS applications; exposure to on-prem products is a plus.
  • Clear communication skills and openness to feedback.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to enterprise identity or security products.
  • Basic experience with usability testing or user research.
  • Interest in accessibility and inclusive design.
