As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead design for complex problem spaces across a portfolio of on-premise and SaaS identity products. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, balancing modern design approaches with the realities of enterprise systems, and partnering closely with Product Management and Engineering to deliver coherent, scalable experiences.
Responsibilities
- Product & Experience Design
- Lead end-to-end design for major initiatives spanning on-prem and SaaS platforms.
- Translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into:
- User journeys and flows
- Wireframes and interactive prototypes
- High-fidelity UI designs using Figma
- Make design decisions that balance usability, security, scalability, and backward compatibility.
- Clearly articulate design rationale and trade-offs to stakeholders.
- Contribute to and evolve design systems and component libraries in Figma across on-prem and SaaS products.
- Drive consistency and cohesion across platforms while respecting technical constraints.
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design practices.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Product Designers.
- Raise overall design quality through feedback, standards, and example.
- Contribute to improving design processes and ways of working.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product or UX design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design leadership on complex SaaS or enterprise products.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including design systems and collaborative workflows.
- Experience designing for both modern and legacy systems.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
Nice to Have
- Experience designing for identity, security, or other highly regulated domains.
- Experience contributing to or leading design systems.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG).
