As a receptionist, you'll be the face of the hotel, providing a seamless and personalised experience from check-in to check-out. Working closely with the wider hotel team, the receptionist delivers exceptional service, handles guest requests, and acts as a knowledgeable ambassador for both the hotel and the local Shoreditch neighbourhood.
