As a Guest Experience Agent, you'll be the face of the hotel, providing a seamless and personalised experience from check-in to check-out. You'll play a key role in ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and connected to everything One Hundred Shoreditch has to offer. Working closely with the wider hotel team, you'll deliver exceptional service, handle guest requests, and act as a knowledgeable ambassador for both the hotel and the local Shoreditch neighbourhood.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Welcoming guests and delivering efficient check-in and check-out experiences.
- Creating genuine and memorable guest interactions throughout their stay.
- Responding to guest enquiries, requests, and feedback with professionalism and care.
- Managing reservations, payments, and guest accounts accurately.
- Promoting hotel facilities, events, and local recommendations.
- Collaborating with Housekeeping, Food.
