As a Front Desk Agent, youll be the first and last point of contact for our guests. Youll create memorable arrivals and seamless departures while handling queries and requests with professionalism and personality. Youll work closely with all departments to ensure every guests stay is exceptional from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and handle check-in/check-out procedures

• Provide information about the hotel, local area, and services in a friendly, engaging way

• Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests with accuracy

• Handle payments, billing, and administrative tasks

• Resolve any issues or concerns calmly and efficiently

• Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and food & beverage teams for smooth operations

• Maintain a polished front desk area and uphold the hotels standards at all times

Salary:£26,225 p/a + service charge
