The Waiter
As a Rooftop Bar Waiter, you will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of service, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and enjoyable visit. This position is perfect for someone with a passion for hospitality, a friendly and outgoing personality, and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of their work. The role will report directly to the Supervisor and will have a dotted reporting line to the Assistant Manager at the location the position is based at.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver exceptional, friendly service, creating memorable experiences for every guest.
- Confidently recommend food, drinks, wines, and cocktails while sharing menu knowledge.
- Accurately take and process orders, ensuring a seamless guest journey from arrival to departure.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and beautifully presented bar and dining environment.
- Work collaboratively with the Rooftop Bar team to provide efficient, high-quality service.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards while actively contributing to continuous service improvement.
- Strong skills as a Bartender would be highly beneficial
Salary: £12.71 + service charge and benefits
