Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and processing bookings, overbookings and options
  • Maintaining OPERA Cloud and other electronic booking systems
  • Generating and verifying invoices (debtors and creditors) in line with our pricing policy
  • Handling deposits and monitoring timely incoming payments
  • Assisting the Sales and Front Office teams at peak times

Qualifications:

  • Completed an apprenticeship in the hotel trade and/or professional experience in the hotel, catering, or customer call‑centre industry; or seeking a career change
  • Excellent sense of quality and service, hosting skills and a passion for the hotel industry
  • Open and communicative, excellent manners, solid command of written and spoken English
  • Team player willing to provide assistance across departments; results are achieved collaboratively
