Your tasks include repairs, paintwork, fire protection, and occupational safety. As a technical all-rounder, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You will therefore be responsible for:
- Undertaking a tour of the premises every day to identify any defects in the hotel and carrying out the appropriate repair and renovation work.
- Monitoring the seamless functionality of equipment, lifts, and technical facilities in the hotel.
- Ensuring that all outdoor areas are cleaned and maintained.
- Communicating, liaising, and cooperating with external companies, particularly checking any maintenance work.
- Gaining interdepartmental insights into new areas of activity by working in our multicultural teams.
Requirements:
- Have completed a technical apprenticeship and/or have professional experience in one or more trades/building maintenance or be looking for a change of career.
- Be open and communicative, pay attention to detail, and be interested in technology.
- Be flexible and creative and have an excellent sense of quality, even in stressful situations.
