You and your team will pay great attention to detail, thereby ensuring that our guests instantly feel at home. As well as coordinating and managing your team and working with external cleaning staff, you will also be responsible for:
- Upholding and implementing the Motel One housekeeping standards, as well as being responsible for cleaning all areas
- Producing duty rosters and holiday schedules
- Managing orders and deliveries within the Housekeeping department
- Helping to prepare monthly statements
- Conducting internal coaching and cross-trainings, as well as organising development training courses for Housekeeping staff

- Have completed an apprenticeship in the hotel trade and/or have professional housekeeping experience in the hotel/catering industry or other sectors
