Responsibilities:
- Looking after guests, including check‑in and check‑out.
- Reviewing and processing bookings, overbookings and options.
- Maintaining Sihot and other electronic booking systems.
- Producing and verifying invoices, including managing payments.
- Cash transactions and cashing up.
- Administrative and organisational tasks (e.g. managing no‑shows, answering emails).
Qualifications:
- Completed an apprenticeship in the hotel trade and/or professional experience in the hotel/catering/customer call centre industry or willingness to change career.
- Excellent sense of quality and service, strong hosting skills and passion for the hotel industry.
- Open and communicative, with solid command of written and spoken English.
- Team player, willing to provide assistance across departments.

- Being friendly on the phone, providing amicable contact by email, and welcoming guests with a smile at check‑in.
