We’re looking for a dynamic, experienced F&B Manager to join our vibrant team in a busy, high-energy hotel. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Bar or Breakfast manager looking to take the next step in their career. You’ll be overseeing the day-to-day operations of our bar and breakfast service, ensuring our guests have an outstanding start to their day and an unforgettable experience at our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage both the Bar and Breakfast teams, ensuring exceptional service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee the Motel One Lounge, providing top-tier hospitality and service, with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain and execute the Motel One service concept, delivering “One Smile” every time for all guests.
- Manage stock, control inventory, and track costs to optimize profitability while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Motivate, train, and develop your team to ensure excellent performance and growth within the department.
- Enforce health and safety regulations, as well as food hygiene standards, ensuring compliance at all times.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience and streamline operations.
- Analyze sales data and guest feedback to refine offerings and improve service.
