Join our team as a bar and One Lounge host. Your hosting skills will enable guests to enjoy a wonderful stay.
Responsibilities
- Provide a seamless, rapid service.
- Help organise the bar service and determine all necessary standards and schedules in cooperation with the department manager.
- Provide advice to customers and actively sell Motel One Lounge products to achieve the One Lounge sales budget.
- Help order food, beverages, and spirits for the bar areas and take inventory at the end of the month.
- Gain interdepartmental insights into new areas of activity by working in multicultural teams.
Qualifications
- Completed an apprenticeship in the hotel trade and/or have professional experience in the hotel/catering industry, or be looking to change careers.
- Open and communicative.
- Have hosting skills and a passion for the hotel industry.
- Flexible and creative, with an excellent sense of quality, even in stressful situations.
- Team player, willing to provide assistance across departments.
