Quick wins to be taken from an already established Compliance book of business, tapping into wider advisory projects that could easily double the book, with projects like:

1. Advising liquidity events & gearing for sales events
2. Restructurings / Demergers
3. Management Incentive Plans / Share options

Having hired an ex-Big 4 Head of Transactions, they’re winning lots of mid-market deals requiring someone to lead on the Tax advice and post-deal support.

Would also consider a Corporate Tax Director, or Salary Tax Partner.

Location: London (hybrid, flexible Policy)

Base salary up to low-mid £200’s (DOE)
