One Hiring are working in partnership with a B-Corp high growth mid tier who are in search for Managers and Senior Managers to join their fastest growing, most dynamic tax team in the UK. They are built around private equity backed, high growth, and entrepreneurial businesses where you’re not stuck in delivery, but leading real client relationships and shaping the future of the team. We’re talking large private businesses, AIM listed clients, and PE-backed scale ups, with strong exposure to tech and VC backed high growth sectors.
This is a Manager / Senior Manager level role focused on being a key client relationship holder, not just a delivery lead. You’ll act as the strategic lead across your portfolio, coordinating specialist input across:
- Employment Tax
- Share Schemes
- M&A / Transactions Tax
- VAT (via specialist teams)
There are no rigid internal bottlenecks if you want exposure to other areas, you can bolt on. This is a role for someone who wants breadth, autonomy, and genuine influence early on.
