We’ve proven the US works. Now we want to go even bigger. We’re a specialist recruitment business focused on senior hires across audit, tax and advisory. We’ve built a strong UK business and, over the past few years, have quietly built a really solid base in the US as well. Now we want someone to take it on and grow it properly.
This isn’t starting from zero. We’ve already got:
- Good relationships with CPA firms and advisory businesses
- Repeat work and live roles
- A network that’s been built properly over time
What we don’t have is someone owning it day to day. You’ll be based in Nottingham, working closely with the leadership team, and taking full responsibility for the US side of the business. Day to day, that looks like:
- Growing the US revenue in a meaningful way
- Building proper, long-term relationships with clients
- Running senior processes yourself
- Bringing in and developing people as it grows
- Figuring out what works and doubling down on it
It’s building something, but with a head start.
What we’re looking for:
- A strong recruiter with a track record of billing and winning work
- Someone commercial who understands how to build a desk, not just work one
- Comfortable operating at a senior level with clients
- Ambition to build something long-term
- US experience is helpful, but not essential. If you’re good enough, we’ll back you.
What you’ll get:
- Real ownership of a market within the business
- A US desk that’s already working, not just an idea
- Close access to leadership and quick decision making
- Strong earning potential (base + commission + longer-term upside)
- The chance to build a team around you over time
