What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building relationships with senior finance professionals and clients
- Managing recruitment processes from first conversation through to placement
- Headhunting and identifying top talent in specialist markets
- Speaking with candidates about career moves, salaries, and opportunities
- Working directly with hiring leaders across the UK and US
- Developing business development and commercial sales skills
