Head of Transaction Advisory Services – UK & Europe

One of the world’s most respected M&A platforms is backing a rare, blank‑slate opportunity headquartered in London. We are looking for a visionary leader to establish and scale a Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice from the ground up.

The Opportunity

  • Architect and lead a new TAS capability in London, defining strategy, building out the team, and shaping the culture from day one
  • Drive buy‑side and sell‑side financial due diligence across a high‑quality deal pipeline, leveraging a market‑leading M&A origination platform
  • Collaborate closely with M&A, Restructuring, and Valuation teams to deliver seamlessly integrated client solutions
  • Recruit, develop, and inspire a world‑class TAS team around you
  • Build and own senior client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor to PE houses, corporates, and financial institutions across Europe
  • Define and execute go‑to‑market strategy, establishing the firm as a premier TAS provider in the UK market

What We're Looking For

  • Seasoned TAS or transaction services professional with a Big 4 or boutique advisory background and a track record of building best‑in‑class teams
  • Proven experience managing financial due diligence engagements across complex, multi‑jurisdictional transactions
  • Strong network within the UK and European PE and corporate M&A ecosystem
  • Demonstrated ability, drive and energy to build and lead high‑performing teams
  • Entrepreneurial mindset energized by a blank canvas, not daunted by it
  • Deep financial acumen and exceptional communication skills
