If you’re a TAS professional who wants more ownership, real deal exposure and a clearer path to progression, this opportunity is worth a look. I’m supporting one of the UK’s most active Deals teams as they continue to scale their London practice. With a strong pipeline and sustained growth, they’re looking to hire a Manager (with flexibility to hire at early SM level) who’s ready to step into a role with genuine responsibility.

The Opportunity

  • Lead smaller engagements and play a key role on larger transactions
  • Work across deals typically in the £20m–£200m EV range
  • Involvement throughout the deal lifecycle — analysis, reporting and client interaction
  • Manage and develop junior team members
  • Exposure to sectors including TMT, Financial Services, Real Estate and Business Services

This is a team known for its consistent deal flow and market presence, offering the scale and credibility of a major platform but with the visibility and access that allows you to accelerate your development.

Who They’re Looking For

  • TAS / FDD professionals with ~2+ years’ experience (or equivalent)
  • Confident leading workstreams, producing high-quality analysis and engaging with clients effectively
  • Individuals who can identify issues, articulate insights and add real value on deals
  • Candidates will be considered from a range of firm sizes from Big 4 to boutique
  • Adjacent experience (e.g. restructuring) welcomed where FDD exposure is strong

Why This Role Stands Out

  • High-growth London team with significant investment
  • Broad exposure across delivery, client management and commercial thinking
  • Clear routes to specialise (sector, BD, operational improvement or technical focus)
  • Long-term strategic growth rather than short-term expansion

If you’re curious to understand how this compares or simply want a market sense-check, feel free to reach out confidentially.
