An ambitious, independent advisory firm is entering its next phase of growth and is seeking a Transaction Services leader to play a significant role in shaping the future of its Deals practice. With a strong foundation already in place and a clear 5–10 year growth strategy, this is an opportunity for a senior dealmaker to join at a moment where influence, investment and expansion genuinely matter.
The Opportunity:
- Join a 60 strong advisory firm, with Transaction Services representing around 70% of the business.
- Work with an established Deals platform currently focused on mid-market deals across PE and growth oriented Corporates.
- Partner with a leadership team committed to:
- Selective Partner hiring (c.6–7 additions planned over the next 12–18 months).
- Launching a Valuations capability to complement Transactions, Corporate Finance, Transformation.
