Work directly with the ex-Big 4 Head of Private Equity, who’s well known in the PE market and can be well leveraged to help you build their full Tax Private Equity service. Best of both worlds of high growth entrepreneurship, with the infrastructure and resource of a genuine Top 20 National firm.

The infrastructure isn’t just well supported from an operational & systems perspective, but also from the specialists point of view too:

  • Strong & award winning Corporate Finance team, specialising in Private Equity
  • An existing Transactions tax team to be deleveraged by, to start off
  • Wider Tax resource & SMEs in Employment tax, Transfer Pricing, Private Client Indirect tax, etc.
  • Private Equity specialised Audit team
