The firm are seeking an Audit Senior (or the alternative title for newly qualified - Audit Assistant Manager) to join their rapidly scaling Northern practice. They are open to candidates who are towards the end of their studies, part-qualified or newly qualified.

Key Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Lead audit engagements across a mixed portfolio of OMBs, Listed clients, PE-backed businesses, and investment funds.
- Manage juniors and semi seniors, supporting their development and reviewing their work.
- Build strong client relationships from day one, NQs and AMs get real ownership here.
- Support partners and managers with planning, risk assessment, WIP management and technical queries.
- Deliver genuine advisory input: restructurings, remuneration advice, and commercial insights.
- Assist with developing internal processes, audit quality initiatives, or mentoring programmes (optional but available).
- Take part in wider business initiatives including ESG, D&I committees, mentoring, or tech development (e.g., internal data analytics software).
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Newly qualified, part qualified or towards the end of your studies (ACA/ACCA).
- Minimum 2.5 years’ audit experience in practice.
- Background from Top 10 / large mid-tier / strong independent firm preferred.
