This is what your day-to-day work as an account manager looks like:
- You support customers and ensure strategic expansion
- You develop strategic concepts for new customer acquisition and customer retention
- You are responsible for acquiring new customers in the tech, finance, or legal sectors
- You conduct contract negotiations with decision-makers on the customer side
