The role is full time office based, permanent Monday-Friday, 40 hrs per week. You will be required to work from our office 2 days a week and work from home 3 days a week, subject to changes to meet business demand and needs.

This is an exciting and new position within our company to develop and lead on healthcare analytics, accelerating our growth in the private health care market and providing key insights to our board.
- Build user-friendly dashboards that clearly communicate key metrics and performance
- Analyze data from patients, users, and services to quantify clinical outcomes
- Produce reports and presentation-ready insights
- Drive data uptake across the company
- Create visual dashboards tracking KPIs and responding to data requests with high urgency
- Tell compelling data stories — help identify the most valuable KPIs to help us reach our goals
- Be proactive and resourceful — suggest improvements, automate regular reporting processes to streamline insights delivery, and act swiftly on new problems as they arise
Key Responsibilities:
- Gathering data sources like electronic health records, patient surveys and operating systems.
- Identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data to understand operational performance.
- KPIs related to patient flow, resource utilization, and operational efficiency.
- Developing strategies to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and improve patient outcomes.
- Predict future trends and challenges, allowing for proactive planning and resource allocation.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity to maintain high standards of healthcare delivery.
Skills Required:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role in a healthcare related setting
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R), statistical analysis, and data visualization techniques (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Effectively communicating findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and relevant regulations.
- Confident presenting data and insights to the board and supporting their need
