We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented individual to support both the operational and reporting needs of our service.
This role involves a mix of data entry, Excel-based reporting, EMIS (or similar platform) searches, and other administrative tasks.
You will play a key role in supporting managers and clinical staff, ensuring data is accurate, systems run smoothly, and reports are clear and reliable.
Key responsibilities
- Enter and clean data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Build and update Excel reports, including pivot tables, formulas (IF, VLOOKUP), advanced filtering, and graphs/charts.
- Support the production of regular reports.
- Work independently while asking the right questions when clarification is required.

- Comfortable with data entry and routine reporting tasks.
- Detail-focused, organised, and able to meet deadlines.
- Clear communicator, able to ask the right questions.
- Experience with EMIS (or another data/reporting system) desirable, or the ability to quickly learn how a cloud-based data platform works.
