One Health Lewisham is recruiting an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to provide expert assessment, diagnosis and management in a flexible, community-based setting across Lewisham Borough. You will work up to 20 hours per week with reporting to the Medical Director, helping to deliver high-quality care across primary care services.
This role requires an MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice (or equivalent), current UK registration, and experience in General Practice.
