About one green bean: one green bean was first established in Sydney in 2007 and over the following decade it became the most awarded PR and content agency in Australia, working with the likes of Uber, Nike, Google, Tourism Australia and Virgin Atlantic. Overview: If you love PR, developing and growing accounts, building and delivering exciting work, crafting a strong story, have a passion for writing and want to work in a team that champions great culture and award-winning creativity in equal measure, you could be exactly the bean we need. You’ll work on a variety of exciting travel and tourism consumer clients, managing accounts on a day to day basis, coming up with ideas and concepts to deliver on client objectives, as well as honing your client relationship and media strategy skills. Our Account Managers are a vital and experienced part of our team. An eye for detail is important (from good spelling and grammar to managing financial resources), a passion to learn and teach others is a must (you’re a media consumer, keen to attend training to sharpen your skills and enjoy managing junior team members) and you’re not afraid to share your ideas (we’re always looking for new thinking and confident client operators).

Key Qualities:
- Prior AM level experience in consumer PR
- Strong examples of PR campaigns and subsequent media placement
- An established network of media and industry contacts
- Strong knowledge of UK media landscape and news agenda
- First class project management skills
- Excellent communication skills and solid experience in PR content creation
- A creative flair and a passion for travel
- Documents eligible to work in the UK
- Ability to travel internationally
- A current UK driving license is preferred
People Management:
- Identify strengths and weaknesses of junior team members, including career development as appropriate
- Provide timely, specific and constructive feedback
- Manage junior team members to maximize productivity
- Ensure deadlines and timeframes are being provided and met, managing Senior/Account Executives in the day-to-day running of accounts and keeping Account Directors updated with activities relating to each account
- Look for and provide opportunities for individuals to expand roles and responsibilities
- Recognise good work and achievement
