If you love PR, developing and growing accounts, building and delivering exciting work, crafting a strong story, have a passion for writing and want to work in a team that champions great culture and award-winning creativity in equal measure, you could be exactly the bean we need. We’ll work on a variety of exciting consumer clients, managing accounts day‑to‑day, coming up with ideas and concepts to deliver on client objectives, while honing your client relationship and media strategy skills. Our Account Managers are a vital part of our team.

An eye for detail is important (from good spelling and grammar to managing financial resources), a passion to learn and teach others is a must (you’re a media consumer, keen to attend training, sharpen your skills and enjoy managing junior team members), and you’re not afraid to share your ideas.

Key Qualities

  • Prior AM level experience in consumer PR, specifically across consumer clients with big brand campaigns
  • Strong examples of PR campaigns and subsequent media placements
  • An established network of media and industry contacts
  • Strong knowledge of UK media landscape and news agenda
  • First‑class project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills and solid experience in PR content creation
  • A creative flair and a passion for media relations, while also loving the creative and production side of developing PR campaigns

People Management

  • Identify strengths and weaknesses of junior team members, including career development as appropriate
  • Provide timely, specific and constructive feedback
  • Mentor junior team members to maximize productivity
  • Ensure deadlines and timeframes are met, working with Senior/Account Executives in the day‑to‑day running of accounts and keeping Account Directors updated with activities relating to each account
  • Look for and provide opportunities for individuals to expand roles and responsibilities
  • Recognise good work and achievement
