    • Product Seeding & Logistics: Manage the shipping and tracking of product samples to influencers, content creators and affiliate partners to ensure timely content creation.
  • Email, CRM & Social Production
    • Email & SMS Production: Build, test and format newsletters, product launches, SMS campaigns and customer loyalty automated flows within Klaviyo using approved templates.
    • Social Scheduling & Engagement: Write copy, gather assets and stage daily organic social posts. Support the Community & Events Manager by monitoring and replying to audience comments.
    • On-the-Ground Content: Gather and publish real-time content for social channels, including interviewing event attendees for product reactions, testimonials and behind-the-scenes footage.
    • Affiliate Execution: Onboard everyday affiliates, generate unique tracking links and monitor the daily health and performance of the referral platform.
  • Ecommerce & Data
    • Website Maintenance: Keep the website updated daily by refreshing product descriptions, uploading blog posts and building landing pages.
    • On-Page SEO & AIO Optimisation: Ensure all uploaded blog posts and product descriptions are formatted with basic SEO / AIO best practices.
    • Performance Reporting: Extract raw data, heatmaps and platform metrics (GA4, Shopify, Triple Whale) to help identify and highlight conversion friction points.
  • Events
    • Event Support: Provide digital and logistical marketing support leading up to events and occasionally travel to attend live events to support the team on the stand.
  • Other Administrative Support: Assist the broader team with any additional marketing, brand or event-related tasks as required to support business operations.
