One Fylde is recruiting eight Senior Support Workers to lead and mentor teams in our houses, ensuring exceptional experiences for the people we support.
You will step in for the Team Leader when needed and model our values, culture and behaviours in every shift.
Ideal candidates will have or be working toward NVQ/QCF Level 3, plus excellent leadership and communication skills and a passion for supporting others.
This is a hands-on senior role with a focus on team development and service quality.
