We are recruiting a further 8 Senior Support Workers to work in our houses, leading, mentoring and supporting teams of staff (especially any new starters) to provide exceptional experiences to the people we support.
A Senior Support Worker is responsible for the leadership of the team in the absence of the Team Leader. You will be a strong role model for the values, culture and behaviour of One Fylde. This person is the next level of management within each service and routinely deputises for the Team Leader and ensures tasks are complete. You will make decisions independently and be able to solve problems to enable the smooth running of the house.
