Role Description

This is a full-time, Hybrid role for a Project Administrator based in Northampton and Derby. The Project Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating project activities
  • Maintaining project documentation
  • Managing schedules
  • Supporting project managers
  • Liaising with the project team and stakeholders
  • Preparing reports
  • Ensuring operational efficiency in the execution of projects
  • Supporting procurement, ordering, delivery tracking, and subcontractor administration
  • Assisting with valuations, applications for payment, cost tracking, and commercial documentation

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in documentation, report writing, and record-keeping
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and work under deadlines
