Restaurant Manager opening for Marutama Ramen

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for day-to-day business operations for outlets
  • Responsible for F & B Costing and analysing financial performance
  • Fully responsible for the restaurant profit and loss statements
  • Attend any meeting called by Director/General Manager as and when necessary
  • Plan & conduct staff trainings and take full responsibility for staff developments in the restaurant
  • Perform other duties as and when assigned
  • Supporting Operation for all of outlets
  • Arrangement to be comfortable between managers
  • Keep cleanliness of all outlets
