Mortgage brokers provide access to a complex and technical range of financial products that is often made more confusing in today's Google or AI search culture.
We work incredibly hard, and yes that means long days and weekends. Our clients rely on us to treat them as though they are our only client as a lot of the time they are under significant emotional and financial pressure. There are significant opportunities to grow and develop both in income and expertise. You truly get back what you put in as part of the team; all leads are provided and so your income is truly down to how well you relate and look after your clients.
We offer advice in a number of key lending areas so if in the future you wish to specialise in Equity Release, Bridging, Commercial or Second Charges then you will have the opportunity to train in this. Team spirit is key as this role can be challenging. Often you will have multiple cases with varying deadlines and so knowing your colleagues are at hand to offer advice and support will help you meet those deadlines and even over deliver.
Get involved in our community through events we hold outside of the day job. This year we are raising money and awareness for Friends Fighting Cancer by taking on the National Three Peaks Challenge. As part of this we have been taking part in organised training days, Charity Golf days and hosting the Quiz against Cancer night at Worthing RFC.
