Role Description
We are looking for both part and full time staffbased in London for Bar/Cafe Staff at One Eighty One. The role involves preparing and serving coffee, cocktails and more, delivering excellent customer service. Staff will be responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, managing transactions, and contributing to the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities & attributes include:
Customer Service: Welcoming, personal, friendly, professional approach to bar and table service
Product Service and Knowledge: Knowledge of product range & preparation of food & drinks including cocktails and coffee
Time Management: Arriving for shifts on time and ready to work
Venue upkeep: Helping keep both bar, front of house and tables clean and tidy
Inventory & Supply Management: Making sure stock is not wasted and helping with stock checks
Technical Skills: Proficiency with POS systems, barista and cocktail making & serviceÂ
Flexibility: You will be required to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
Ideal candidate will have at least 1 year previous experience in the above for food and beverage operations day and night.
