We are one of the biggest educational support companies in the North of England delivering a full range of services to schools and other agencies. We work from a modern, vibrant office with good transport links and free parking close by. Based in Manchester, One Education is one of the largest education support companies in England.

We are looking to employ Speech and Language Therapists to join our team from September 2026. This opportunity is suitable for newly qualified and experienced therapists. You will be HCPC registered and a member of RCSLT. You will be a confident autonomous practitioner who has a passion for working with children, being child‑centred and committed to achieving the best for children and young people. We work in Primary, Secondary and Special schools across Manchester and surrounding boroughs.

If you are a newly qualified therapist, you will receive regular support and supervision, including 1 day per week that is protected for support from colleagues, case discussion and CPD. As the role requires travel within Greater Manchester, you will need to have a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Key Requirements
  • HCPC registration and membership of RCSLT.
  • Experience of capability and capacity building within schools, alongside delivering training.
  • Knowledge and experience of issues around social inclusion.
  • Travel within Greater Manchester and full driving licence.
Benefits
  • Salary: £33,168 for Newly Qualified Therapists (Pro rata per annum £28,856.16).
  • Permanent, full time 35 hours per week (annualised hours 39 weeks within Term Time).
