One Education, one of the largest education support companies in England, is looking to employ a Speech and Language Therapist to join our team in Manchester.

Salary: £33,168 for Newly Qualified Therapists (Pro rata per annum – £28,856.16)

Permanent, full time: 35 hours per week (annualised hours 39 weeks within Term Time)

Membership of Local Government Pension Scheme

Based in Hulme, Manchester and travelling to schools across Greater Manchester (flexible working). Free onsite parking when working at One Education offices.

We work in Primary, Secondary and Special schools across Manchester and surrounding boroughs. Experience of capability and capacity building within schools, along with delivering training, is essential for this role. Knowledge and experience of issues around social inclusion is also of paramount importance.

As a newly qualified therapist, you will receive regular support and supervision, including one protected day per week for support from colleagues, case discussion and CPD. You must be HCPC registered and a member of RCSLT, and you will be a confident autonomous practitioner who is passionate about working with children, child‑centred and committed to achieving the best for children and young people.

Travel within Greater Manchester is required; therefore a full driving licence and access to a vehicle are mandatory.
